Is there really no per-email fee?
Yes. Outgi sends email via your own SMTP (Nodemailer) through your sending domain. We don't route through an ESP, so there's no per-email charge. Your plan includes a send volume limit — above that, contact us for a custom plan.
What's the prepaid wallet for?
Channels with real carrier costs (SMS, voice, direct mail) are billed from your wallet. Top it up and each send deducts from it. Email and contact form submissions are included in your plan.
Can I start on Free and upgrade?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your data, domains, and campaigns carry over. No migration fees and no data lock-in.
What counts as a 'contact'?
Any unique email address or phone number stored in your account. Deleted contacts don't count against your limit.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (17% off). Look for the toggle when you upgrade or contact support@outgi.com.
Is there a trial period?
The Starter plan is permanently free with no time limit. There is no separate paid trial — you can start with Starter and upgrade when you need more capacity.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfers available for Agency plans.
Is Outgi CASL/GDPR compliant?
Yes. Built-in unsubscribe links, suppression lists, consent widgets, and a full audit trail. We're based in Toronto, Canada.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on servers in Canada — this is a key differentiator for Canadian teams in regulated industries. Outgi is PIPEDA-compliant by default. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement on request (support@outgi.com).
Can Outgi replace Apollo + HubSpot?
For outbound-focused teams, yes. Outgi replaces: an email sequencer (Instantly, Smartlead), a multichannel tool (LinkedIn, SMS, voice, forms), and basic CRM for outreach. The typical stack (Apollo + HubSpot + Instantly + LinkedIn tool) costs $176–255/user/month. Outgi Growth is $49/month flat — no per-seat pricing.
What does the Agency plan include?
Agency ($399/mo) is designed for teams managing outreach for multiple clients: fully isolated per-client workspaces, per-client AI Employee instances, white-label reports you can brand as your own, unlimited contacts and emails, API access with no rate limits, a dedicated account manager, and priority SLA. Most agencies charge clients $500–2,000/month for managed outreach — one Agency seat can support 10+ clients.
Does Outgi support conditional sequences (if/then branching)?
Yes, on Growth and above. Conditional sequences let you route prospects to different follow-up paths based on their behavior: if they opened but didn't reply, send a different follow-up than if they never opened at all. Branches can switch channels — for example, route unopened email prospects to a contact form submission on the next step. Outgi users with conditional sequences report 23% higher reply rates vs. linear sequences on the same list.
Can I white-label Outgi for my clients?
Yes. The Scale and Agency plans include white-label capabilities. You can host Outgi under your own domain, use your own branding in outreach email footers, and send white-labeled weekly reports to clients. Contact support@outgi.com for white-label setup details.
